The Cabin

The day after Christmas we left for Jeff's parents' cabin in Island Park. It was an ugly drive with all the new snow, but eventually we made it. It took us about six hours when it usually takes four. It was rough too, because neither of the kids slept the entire ride. My kids never sleep when I want them too! Anyway, when we finally got there, we enjoyed yummy food, snowmobiling, and more snow than we could imagine. It was literally as tall as the kids without being piled up. The kids loved it and especially liked snowmobiling. They also built a snow cave with Nikki and Heidi and loved that too. It was nice to be able to relax and have fun after the long holiday.

The cabin is such a great place to spend time as a family. The snow cave pictures are so cute. Glad you had a good time.

How fun! Looks like the kids had a blast! I'm so sad the Holidays are over.
