My baby turned 4 on March 7th. To celebrate I decided to let him have his first friend party. I didn't want ten 4-year-old boys running around my house so I decided to take them all to McDonalds and let them tear it up there. It was a great place to do it and super inexpensive. I would highly recommend it! The kids had a blast and I didn't have to clean up any mess. Jeff on the other hand had to clean up one mess. One of the boys had an accident in the bathroom (and it wasn't pee). Jeff had to go in and help him get cleaned up. Anyone who knows Jeff knows how funny this actually is. He wasn't happy about it and can barely laugh about it today! Man, I lucked out that time! On Sunday, we celebrated with our families with pizzas, cake, and ice cream. It was a fun day.
Here are 10 things that I love about Alex:
1. He always gives me the best hugs and kisses.
2. He will always snuggle with me.
3. I love how he comes and climbs in bed with us EVERY morning.
4. I love how he has trouble saying his "L's" and says words like "Wuv you" and "Disneyrand".
5. He is a good boy and is nice to his friends.
6. He is a great brother to Audrey. They love each other most of the time :)
7. He is smart. Sometimes when I go and help the Kindergarteners on Friday's he'll tell them the answer if they don't know it. It makes me laugh :)
8. I love how he can't get enough of Disneyland. We went in January and he still talks about it at least once a day and dreams about it about every night....or so he says!
9. Even though it drives me a little crazy sometimes, I love how he is always asking, "Mom, what if......." and comes up with the craziest most impossible things to ask me. I usually don't know how to respond and just make something up.
10. I love that when we go to Lagoon or anywhere with rides or big contraptions, he is always trying to figure out how it all works. The other kids will be waving to their parent's and he will be looking at the mechanics of the ride. Maybe he'll be an engineer someday!
We sure love you Bud!
