I have to brag about Jeff. Today he argued before the Supreme Court of Utah and won! It was his first appearance, and he did really well. Most attorneys never get the chance their entire career! He was representing the citizens of Sevier County regarding a Power Plant issue that is pretty big down there. You might have seen him on the news! Go here to read more about it. Jeff's mom was kind enough to watch the kids so I could be there. I'm glad I got to see him in action. I am one proud wife! I honestly can't think of anything more scary than to argue before 5 Supreme Court Justices! I know I was much more nervous than he was. Each time they would interrupt him with a question, my heart would pound. He came through every time, answering all of their questions with complete confidence! He really did a great job. I was fortunate to be sitting by an attorney from town who helped me understand what was going on. She had nothing but good things to say about Jeff's argument. It really made me smile! Honestly, I thought Jeff did much better than the other two attorneys who were older and certainly had more experience. Maybe I'm just biased! Congratulations babe, on your first Supreme Court win. I'm so proud of you!
Watch his three minutes of fame! Make sure to pause the music at the bottom of my blog first.

Good for Jeff! What a good feeling to know that he won. Glad you got to go and support him!
That is pretty cool. Way to go Jeff!
Oh shoot, I wanted to go watch but forgot to ask you when it was. That's so great that he won! And as if it weren't nerve-wracking enough to have to stand up there and answer questions fired at him by the judges, he also had to deal with reporters and television crews! Yikes.
That's awesome! Even better that you were there to cheer him on! :) Go Jeff!
I have still never seen Ryan in court- he won't let me come. He says I will make him too nervous.
I was on the treadmill at the gym this morning and saw him on the news. YA Jeff!!! Very impressive.
