Every year, I make valentine cookies, and every year, I wish I hadn't. This recipe makes so many cookies, it's an all day event! Audrey and I ended up taking lots to the neighbors. They seemed to like them, and I didn't end up eating them all. Audrey loves to help me in the kitchen. She did a great job on the cookies. Her favorite part is frosting them, of course. She made special ones for our neighbors, Jeremy and Sarah. Audrey kinda has a crush on Jeremy! Later that night we had Jeremy and Sarah over for dinner. I fixed chicken parmesan and they brought dessert. It was fun! We went all out and decorated the table and lit candles. It was pretty romantic! We all decided that we don't like going out and fighting the crowds on V-day! We waited until the kids were in bed and had the evening to ourselves. After, we all played Guitar Hero until late. We're totally addicted! It was a fun night.
